About the company
Our client is a well-established banking group in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are looking for a Customer Services Officer for their Phone Banking team.
About the role
Reporting to the service team manager, you are responsible for answering phone inquiries of bank products, providing after-sale support and immediate assistance for complaint cases over the phone. You will handle customer's enquiries / complaints via different channels (e.g. phone, internet, mailing etc) and assist customers in an efficient and courteous manner. You are also required to undertake ad-hoc duties requested by your direct manager.
