Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is a reputable multi-brand Japanese restaurant group with sound presence in the region. To cope with their expansion plan, they would like to invite a Training Manager to oversee the training programs for their restaurant outlets in Hong Kong.
About The Role
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for designing training programs and implementing organization training strategies to uplift customer service experience and standards. You will develop concise training workshops and materials and conduct regular training for restaurant staff. An effective Training Manager possess charisma, enthusiasm and has the ability to engage employee's skills, quality and performance of work through their communication style. You will continuously be a guide for their success.
The Ideal Candidate
To qualify, you will possess a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience gained from full service, high volume restaurant group. Previous experiences at a managerial level, with a minimum of 2 years in food & beverage industry training is preferred. You must be well organized and has the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Additionally, you will need to have exceptional communication, interpersonal and project management skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English is a prerequisite for this role.
