A European listed multinational medical device company with decades of presence in the healthcare industry is known for manufacturing innovative medical equipment for healthcare professionals around the world, to cope with their expansion plan, they are inviting a high caliber to join their technical team as a Service Manager.

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible in managing a team of Service Engineers and to ensure professional technical support such as installation, service maintenance, trouble shooting and contract renewal is provided to healthcare professionals in HA and private hospitals. Additionally, you will provide training for your team to improve their product knowledge and service standards. As a leader of the service team, you are also required to develop and build a good relationship with new and existing clients.

To qualify, you are a degree holder in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering or Science related discipline with, a minimum of 7 years of medical service engineering experience and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position. You are self-motivated, customer service oriented, analytical and a good problem solver. Proficiency in Chinese and English is a pre-requisite for this position.
