Our client is a multinational consumer brands that has worldwide retail and online presence. With their growing brand portfolio on international level, they are seeking for a CRM Manager to strengthen their e-business strategies.

Dynamic Environment - New Role

Working with the regional team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of CRM including loyalty program, email, list mailing recommendations, execution and budget management. Align with key stakeholders on all strategies, tactics, and performance results and manage campaigns end-to-end. In addition, you will lead to track, analyze, and inform teams of all key customer KPIs and qualitative feedback and present weekly action-driven plan to impact those drivers. Work with other internal stake holders to help deliver multi-channel on-going campaigns to key target audiences.

To qualify, you will need to be a degree holder in marketing or any related disciplines with a minimum of 8 years of marketing experience. Proven work experience in the digital field or in retail environment is essential. Understanding how digital channels contribute to different industries will be highly desirable . Excellent interpersonal and team management skills with good command in Chinese and English.
