Our client is a renowned retail company that has strong presence in HK and China. As a leading retailer and aggression to grow their retail and online business, they have successfully built a strong foothold and will continue to expand their team. With this, they are seeking for a Senior Communication Manager to join their organisation.
Leading a team, you will need to support different internal stake holders in implementing strategy that is focused on what is right for the audience. Working with executives and business leaders to create a context and world-view that drives both culture and engagement. Set internal communication strategy including channels and measurement plan. Work closely with senior leadership on defining the communication agenda and messaging. Manage internal communications channels, such as the intranet, e-newsletter, employee meetings/trainings, executive email communications, employee apps, etc. Provide communications support and counsel to senior executives and internal business partners to ensure communication meets company goals and builds community.
To be a successful candidate, you will need a bachelor's degree in communication, journalism or related field. 8 to 10+ years relevant work experience in sizeable companies and experience in leading a team to adapt communication strategies. High-energy communications strategist and practitioner and able to demonstrate ability to manage internal client relationships, including senior leaders. Proven record in leading employee programs that achieve results and can lead multiple projects simultaneously with ability to prioritise and consistently meet varying deadlines. Strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills and good command in Chinese and English.
