About My Client
My client is a leading international manufacturer specialises in consumer electronics products, with great heritage and solid reputation in the market. Due to their business expansion, they are looking for a Key Account Manager to take up one of their new product line and drive business development in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Head of Sales in the region, this is a key and hands-on position to develop and implement business plan in line with global strategy to launch the new product line in Hong Kong. You will be managing this new product line and working closely with partners including distributors and key retailers to accelerate the growth of business and support them to achieve profit objectives and enhance brand awareness. Your role will also require new business development where you will identify new business opportunities, channels and distributors.You will manage a small team including promoters, to drive revenue and brand objectives ensure brand awareness and promotion is achieved in Hong Kong market.
The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of sales experience in consumer products or FMCG industry. Track record in managing and working with distributors and retailers is a must. Experience in managing promoters in stores would be an advantage. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who is proactive, creative and hands-on. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
