About the Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you are responsible to handle the receptionist area, to greet guests and visitors in a professional manner. Also to handle internal and external phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mails, courier services, and to coordinate office maintenance.

About the Person

  • Bachelor degree holder is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administration / receptionist work
  • Excellent English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Presentable, pleasant personality and able to work independently
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel

*5 days work week
*Attractive bonus
