About the Role

Reporting to the L&D Manager, you are responsible to support the planning and design of organizational development initiatives, framework, roadmap, human capital assessment tools and process, to identify people development needs and provide support and recommendation to enhance organization's performance. Also to review current employment policies with staff, develop regular communication with staff to ensure issues are understood.

About the Person

  • Degree holder in Business studies/human resources management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years HR experience
  • At least 3 years management experience in Organization Development, Talent Management
  • Knowledge of organizational behavior, change management and talent management principles
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and experience in global HRIS
  • Proactive, meticulous and customer focus; result driven and a team player; flexible and able to work in dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) and able to facilitate small and large groups
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Good project management skills & business acumen
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
