Our client is a local-based and sizable corporation within FMCG sector with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate talent to join them as the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
About the role
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for front-line positions.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and facilitate the negotiation of employment terms.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training coordination.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the front-line recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- 3 years or above experiences in end-to-end recruitment, specifically for front-line positions in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English and Cantonese
