Eric hosted a 2-day training program on “Mastering Your Interviewing Skills in the War for Talent” for over 60 managerial levels from a non-profit organization. As an experienced interviewer, he led discussions, customized case studies, role-plays, and real-life case sharing to enrich the participants’ understanding of effective interviewing techniques.During the workshop, we explored the importance of identifying the right capabilities in candidates during the interview process. We discussed techniques to ask the right questions to ensure a fair and effective interview. Participants engaged in dynamic discussions and hands-on practice to hone their interviewing skills.It is great to have received positive feedback from the attendees and knowing that they left the session equipped with valuable insights and strategies to elevate their interviewing abilities.​​
