Welcoming Our New KOSers!

Recently, we were delighted to host another New Joiner Day, welcoming experienced consultants from Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Singapore to our Hong Kong SAR office.

During the day, Jackson Chan, our Co-Founder and Executive Director shared KOS’s history, vision, and mission, along with our DNA and core values — People-Oriented, Empowering Others, and Teamwork that drive our success. Eric Ng, our Chief Strategy Officer, Rebecca Chan and Zoe Leung, our Managing Directors also highlighted the unique focus of each of our brands—KOS Recruitment, KOS Executive, KOS Staffing, and KOS Solutions — and how each plays a vital role in delivering exceptional HR solutions. Additionally, Jackson provided key insights for these potential future leaders at KOS, ensuring they are well-prepared to make an impact.
