A Family Office is looking for an Asset Management Officer to manage their self-owned portfolio
About the Role
- Assist the manager to manage the company's existing and potential portfolio
- Develop and implement leasing strategies for the portfolio
- Handle leasing inquiries, negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company's goals
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Surveying, Facilities Management or other related disciplines
- 2 years or above experience in Leasing or Property Management
- Passionate, Good analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
