A Hong Kong Listed Developer is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team for upcoming projects
About the Role
- Assist in formulation and implementation of sales strategies
- Brief and provide training to business partners, e.g. Property agents
- Monitor sales progress and ensuring the sales logistic of show flats
- Invite VIP clients to site visit by appointment
- Prepare sales documents, report and materials
- Conduct market research and analysis of the sales market
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines
- 4 years or above on Residential Sales experience
- Energetic, open-minded and flexible
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
