Job Description
Our client, a growing HR solutions startup, is looking for a Marketing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of the company's HR solutions.
- Manage and optimize the company's website, focusing on content creation, SEO/SEM, and enhancing user experience to support marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the company's social media channels, crafting engaging content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar for the company blog and other content platforms, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website and social media analytics, to identify trends and refine marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to the management team to inform future marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the HR or B2B sectors.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Familiarity with website CMS and various social media platforms.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
