Our client is a leading European MNC firm. They are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP System Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will provide support for global SAP system users, ensuring smooth operations and effective use of the system. This role involves user training, system issue resolution, and collaboration within a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to global SAP system users.
- Conduct training sessions and create training materials for new and existing users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or supply chain industry.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with user training and support processes is plus.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
Day-to-Day:
- Engage with users to understand their needs and provide support.
- Deliver training sessions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members and support system integration and process optimization
