Showroom Operation Specialist (contract, up to $26k)
- In-office showroom setup & operation
- Manage product & sample data, reporting & analysis
- 5-6month contract (maternity coverage)
- 5-day work, Location: Kwun Tong
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the set-up of showroom in office, product displays and coordinate work arrangement of part-time helpers.
- Support coding duties including collecting and updating the order and product lists, tracking and preparing reports.
- Support in sample management and coordination, including arrival into showroom and warehouse, distribution and reporting, etc.
- Support in creation, validation, reporting and alignment of line list.
- Assist in logistics and coordination of showroom events.
Requirements
- Holder of bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG, retail operations or related fields.
- Knowledge and passion in local retail market and sports brand.
- Attentive and sensitive to data and numbers. Strong skills in reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent Cantonese and English, able to give clear instructions.
- Self-initiative and able to complete tasks within set timeline.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel. Knowledge in SAP will be a plus.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
