Social Compliance Specialist
- Assess factory audit reports and corrective action evidence.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Maintain and update active vendor and factory lists.
- Ensure timely biennial audits and re-audits.
- Determine the need for third-party audits.
- Act as the main contact for social compliance issues.
Responsibilities
- Review factory audit reports and evidence of corrective actions. Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans, with travel as necessary.
- Maintain and oversee active vendor and factory lists. Ensure timely updates and biennial audits.
- Determine the need for third-party audits and re-audits based on recent audit results.
- Serve as the main contact for social compliance, communicating program requirements and audit results to vendors and associates.
- Maintain the social compliance database for all vendors and factories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social compliance
- Experience with factory visits and audits
- Familiarity with social compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willingness to travel
