Responsibilities
- Report to Senior Finance Manager
- Review each entity's risk factors in accordance with the guideline
- Identify financial risks with each entity in APAC region and follow up on the action plans
- Standardize regional level controlling processes and draft documentation
- Support and coordinate AX implementation on behalf of APAC
- Ensure that the new system incorporates the regional standardized processes and business requirements of different countries in APAC
- Support the month-end closing activities for the Hong Kong entity
- Coordinate the transfer price setup and update in all entities in APAC during the budgeting
- Perform other ad-hoc requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting
- 3-6 years of experience in financial controlling function
- Professional qualifications of ACCA, CPA is a plus
- Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn and positive attitude
- Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
