Customer Service Manager - FX/ Margin Call

Job description:

Our banking client is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to conduct inbound and outbound calls, manage customer requests, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves delivering prompt, high-quality service and handling daily operations to meet service targets in compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. Candidates should be willing to work on shifts as needed.


Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have a secondary or post-secondary education.
  • Must have HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 certification.
  • Experience in customer service or live chat support, particularly in the banking or financial industry, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a strong compliance and customer service mindset.
  • They should be proactive, self-motivated, independent, and customer-centric, with a pleasant personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese are required, while fluency in Putonghua and English is preferred.
