Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the revenue generation and profitability of the Sales team, and enhance the market share of the secondary market in Hong Kong.

2. Expand the institutional client base and equity-related business in Hong Kong.

3. Distribute IPOs and secondary placement deals to buy-side fund managers.

4. Promote research products and corporate access to buy-side fund managers.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with additional certifications preferred.

2. A prerequisite of at least 10 years of experience in Securities Sales.

3. Possess a mature client base, with the ability to independently manage large clients and lead a team to generate commission revenue.

4. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
