About the Client

Our client is a renowned organization that has a strong domain in the financial services domain. To strengthen their team capability, they are now seeking for a Lead Architect

About the Role

Reporting to the department head, you'll leading a team in development both front end and back end components of web applications for the organization. You'll develop the technology strategy and ensure a maintainable code that powers user-facing features and back end services, ensuring everything works together seamlessly. You'll work with designers, product managers, and other developers through all project phases, delivering features aligned with the company's roadmap. Design the architecture across all technical layers taking into account the ecosystem in which all the products will operate with the involvement of other full stack architects, the product lifecycle (and operability concerns to ensure products will be operable in production.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.S. and / or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 8years of experience of development experience; proven track record as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Experience with C/C++, Java, web and network programming will be a major plus
  • Relevant certifications or additional coursework in full-stack development, system architecture, or cloud computing is an advantage
  • Enthusiastic and eager to contribute to a team
  • A self-starter with a passion for software development and a thirst for knowledge
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and kind, with an appreciation for challenges and a desire to help Problem-Solving and Debugging
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs across the full stack. You enjoy finding solutions to complex technical problems
