Job Description
Core Duties:
- Formulate and implement strategic approaches for crypto option trading on prominent platforms like Deribit and Binance.
- Engage in comprehensive pre-trade assessments and thorough post-trade reviews.
- Oversee the management of trading book risks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and boundaries.
- Cultivate a profound comprehension of market dynamics, liquidity trends, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Foster a collaborative environment with peers to exchange insights and stay abreast of industry news.
- Oversee the functionality and performance of real-time trading systems, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
- A solid foundation of at least 4 years in an option market making capacity, complemented by a minimum of 1 year specializing in crypto options, ideally in a leadership role.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking.
- The capacity to thrive in high-pressure environments, adept at risk management and swift decision-making.
- Superior communication and collaborative abilities.
