Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HK & Macau Market
- Lead the team to optimize the sales performance of retail stores
- Handle annual / seasonal buying process from budgeting to launching
- Formulate buying strategies, develop OTB plans and product mix allocation to optimize sales plan
- Work closely with HQ and retail team to maximize top line and minimize inventory;
- Conduct regular buying and selling related report
- Shop visit and regular travel to PRC
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of related merchandising experience of which 3 years at supervisory level
- Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
