Our client is one of the leading distributors and retailers of premium cars in Hong Kong. To cope with their business strategy, they are now looking for a brand head for one of their automotive labels within the group.
About The Role
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the Hong Kong automotive market.
- Manage after-sales services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs through effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Oversee showroom operations, including inventory management, sales team performance, and customer experience enhancement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive overall business success.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance metrics, and budget adherence to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management within the automotive industry, preferably in the Hong Kong market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and services.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
