Product Manager (Asset Management & User Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Lead Asset Management Features: Oversee the development and optimization of deposit, withdrawal, and asset management features, ensuring seamless integration with both fiat and cryptocurrency systems.
- Enhance User Experience: Drive the design and implementation of user-centric on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, leveraging blockchain technology to improve transparency, security, and efficiency.
- Analytics & Insights: Develop and manage analytics dashboards and reporting tools to provide users with actionable insights into their asset performance, risk profiles, and investment opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and customer support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear goals, timelines, and milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of products and features.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs and functionalities to enhance user satisfaction and drive adoption.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in the financial technology, blockchain, or digital asset industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
- Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized systems. Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and digital asset management platforms.
- User-Centric Design: Demonstrated ability to design and implement user-centric products that meet market needs and exceed user expectations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using data analytics tools to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability & Innovation: Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, exploring new technologies, and driving innovation in product development.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is a must)
