As part of the company's aggressive expansion plan, a need has arisen to recruit a candidate that is strong in Smart Building, Construction Solutions to drive transformation.
About the Role
Reporting to the department head, you will focus on growing smart construction field solution and drive project management software to help eliminate manual processes and keep projects on schedule and within budget. As a team leader, you will support to drive for continued construction tech development of core products and related job site enhancing technologies. This includes generating a deep understanding of the smart construction technology, such as IoT, automated controls, energy management system, AI, digital twin etc. and promote to end users and distribution the most effective methods of adoption/use of Smart Construction solutions across the company. You will also lead business IT strategy and develop new ideas. Lastly, collaborate on current company's overall business strategy for smart construction across existing and new product and platform opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- University degree (B.S./B.A.) in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business highly preferred, and/or
- At least 7+ years of experience with a specific track record in successfully managing innovation pipeline and/or corporate venturing, ideally at the intersection of natural & built assets and technology/digital
- Passionate about the digital transformation of the natural & built asset space in the construction domain
- Ability to interact with external vendors and key strategic outsourcing partners
- Ability to interact internally with key stakeholders across all businesses and functions
- Commands excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Good command in Chinese and English
