Our client is renowned Fund Manager, focused on Private Equity Fund investments in Asia. They're looking for a CFO to lead all finance operations at the firm.
Job Descriptions
- Work closely with the senior management team on executing the financial strategy of this growing firm.
- All financial reporting as well as managing the relationship with external service providers.
- Lead the finance function for the funds, including accounting, reporting, compliance and tax.
- Support preparation of quarterly investor reporting and financial statements.
- Drive fund operations including capital calls as well as tax and regulatory filings.
- Oversee cash management and lead liquidity planning for the funds.
- Be the main point of contact for external service providers, such as auditors, tax consultants and banks.
- Review of legal documents for fund compliance and investments.
- Support the investment team during transactions.
- Ensure transparent communication with investors and handling of ad hoc investor inquiries.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- A demonstrated track record as Chief Financial Officer in management leadership, Finance transformation, Business partner and Stakeholder management.
- Experience working with legal documents, fund administration, transaction advisory and investment controlling
- Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework governing the operations of financial services business is essential.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
