Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Cultivate relationships with industry clients, leveraging various channels and methods to convert them into company clients or partners.
2. Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to identify product and market needs, and maintain a pulse on the latest industry trends.
3. Customer Growth: Stimulate customer growth through referrals, pinpoint user needs, discover efficient customer acquisition channels, and craft effective strategies for customer acquisition.
4. Event Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to attract targeted participation in both offline and online events and conferences.
5. Relationship Management: Organize customer visits, nurture existing client relationships, manage customer retention, and oversee the entire customer lifecycle.
Requirements:
1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Crypto institutional sales, with a preference for candidates with established resources; alternatively, 3 to 5 years of experience in high-net-worth B2B client sales will be considered.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional coordination skills, an outgoing personality, proficiency in public relations, strong communication skills, service orientation, and a proactive approach.
4. Business Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and outstanding customer development, relationship management, and sales skills.
5. Language Proficiency: An overseas study or work background, fluency in English, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients in their native language.
6. Travel and Adaptability: A willingness to travel globally, adept at handling pressure, eager to embrace challenges, and capable of navigating complex interpersonal and event-driven situations.
7. Regulatory Knowledge: Prior knowledge of financial asset management risk control and legal awareness is advantageous.
