Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Execution Manager to join the team. This role involves overseeing the review and verification of retail, commercial, and syndicated loan documents and operations to ensure accuracy and completeness. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all internal guidelines as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will be responsible for updating and revising internal policies and documents in response to regulatory changes. The Credit Execution Manager will play a key role in managing and motivating the team to perform routine and ad hoc tasks efficiently. This includes coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, as well as coordinating with both internal and external parties to deliver high-quality loan services to clients.
Requirements:
Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in loan documentation, operations, or administration, including a minimum of 1 year in a managerial position. A strong understanding of Hong Kong lending laws and regulations is essential, along with excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. The ability to work with high accuracy under pressure is also crucial. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required, and fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
