Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standard of customer journey with in-store coaching & training
- Follow up and tracking results after coaching & training
- Work closely with retail management team on the training plan
- Identify training needs with the store and curate store specific or tailor-made training plans/strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in Luxury Retail or as an In-Store Trainer, preferably in fashion or luxury fashion
- Competent computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite, typically Excel & PowerPoint, and experience of working with eLearning platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
