Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financial management of various business lines, oversee and drive project implementation, and ensure the achievement of financial goals.
- Handle the company's tax planning and compliance, especially for international markets including Europe and the Americas, and provide tax optimization advice.
- Manage and optimize financial information systems, particularly financial asset management systems and reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Conduct financial analysis, prepare and review financial reports, and support company decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial support and professional advice, ensuring that financial operations align with company policies and strategic goals.
- Utilize traditional finance knowledge and experience to support investment decisions and financial planning, and understand and apply financial tools and strategies in asset management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance-related roles, including experience in project management, tax planning, and financial systems management.
- The ability to effectively manage and advance various financial projects.
- Extensive experience in managing financial systems, especially financial asset management systems and reporting.
- Proficiency in supporting investment decisions and understanding and applying financial tools and strategies in asset management.
- Knowledge of international and European/American tax regulations, with the ability to provide strategic tax advice is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively interact with different departments and stakeholders.
