Project Officer (funding application, $21k)
- Public sector, 2-year contract
- Exp in accounting, trading, merchandising preferable
- Handle docs from/to fund applicants
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of government-funded projects related to branding enhancement, business upgrading, and other specified activities.
- Assist in financial monitoring and reporting, including budget tracking, expense verification, and preparation of financial reports.
- Handle reimbursement tasks associated with government-funded projects, including preparing reimbursement claims, verifying supporting documents, and ensuring compliance with reimbursement guidelines.
- Handle administrative tasks, respond to hotline inquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, and support marketing activities and new projects as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining the database and compiling reports.
Requirements
- Experience in accounting, trading, shipping, merchandising or procurement preferred. Experience in supporting Government funded projects will be a plus
- Higher Diploma/University graduate or equivalent
- At least 1 year's work experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive with positive working attitude
- Immediate availability is preferred

- 2-year contract, $20-21k
- 5-day work, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
