Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Spearheading a range of online and offline marketing initiatives across social media, display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, KOLs , ecommerce, Whatsapp marketing and more.
- Drive and implement marketing strategy, strategic marketing campaigns and partnerships that support business goals
- Conduct market research to identify market opportunity and take lead in new product development
- Develop captivating digital content across various formats and social channels, including videos, photography, art direction, and written copy, to engage and captivate audiences.
- Drive the execution of the scope of work for internal/external creative partners; directs, manage and oversees ecommerce projects to ensure high quality delivery.
- Formulate high-quality written and visual content (image, video, written)
- Responsible for different social media or digital platforms (such as Facebook,Redbook, Instagram, SEM, SEO, Google, websites etc.) on content development, data analysis and identify trends, patterns and insights
- Collaborate with KOLs, including incentive offering, posting arrangement, and payment settlement.
- Manage various e-commerce sites and supervise daily operations, including content update, layout and promotion launched
- Collaborate with Sales, Operation teams and external parties to drive marketing strategy and conduct data reports ,also presentations.
- Prepare regular reports to review the performance of eshops and digital marketing campaigns and provide suggestions for business growth
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the top management
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in marketing or a related discipline
- At least 5-7 years of solid experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Result-oriented and sales driven mindset
- Able to work multi-tasks under pressure and deliver on schedule
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce in China will be a plus
- Experience in beauty salon will be preferred but not a must
- Good organisation, planning and project management skills with analytical mind
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
