Job Description
You will be managing the marketing team including CRM, Digital and Brand site.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the CRM program from membership acquisition, retention to engagement
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns for both online and offline channels
- Optimization of the brand site including new product listings, content creation and maintenance
- Organize and implement annual marketing plans for the group with promotional campaign and help to achieve business target
- Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy including the evaluation of post-campaign performance
- Content management across social media platforms
- Work with agencies by managing day-to-day activities with clear briefing
- Provide guidance and work with internal stakeholders on the graphic design layout and artwork for campaigns eg. web banners, leaflets, POSM, and related material
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing from FMCG or Retail
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Vendor management experience is a plus
