About the Role：
- Provide high-quality dining services to members and their guests in a Western restaurant
- Ensure efficient and smooth service in the banquet hall
- Responsible for the setup and decoration of the restaurant
- Train new staff according to established service standards
- Maintain high service standards to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain high hygiene and quality standards within the restaurant
The Successful Applicant：
- Five years or more of experience in food and beverage service in hotels/clubs/restaurants
- Proficient in Cantonese and English, basic Mandarin
