About our client

Our client is a reputable cloud solution provider in the market, which a solid market share in the Asia market. With the purpose of team expansion, they are looking for a Solution Consultant who is familiar with cybersecurity and cloud-based security solutions.

About the role

  • Collecting and analyzing user requirements to come up with solutions for productivity enhancement of clients
  • Working as a trusted advisor and understanding the needs and goals of clients, thereby recommending related IT security products/solutions to them
  • Working closely with the internal infrastructure/BA/PM/Sales team to deliver solutions or services that are tailor-made for the clients
  • Preparing and presenting technical solution proposal/proof of concept(POC) to the customers
  • Assisting on the pre/post-sales tasks, such as POC, documentation, UAT & training

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Information System, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2+ years of IT consulting, presales or relevant working experience,
  • Preferably with experience/insights in cybersecurity solution consultation/pre-sales
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, such as Firewall, ATP, EDR, IAM, Web & Email Gateway, WAF, DLP, SIAM, Data Encryption, etc.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and willing to learn new market solutions
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
