Company & Position Overview

Our client is a leading enterprise specializing in IT infrastructure services. They are currently seeking an IT Pre-Sales Specialist/Solution Consultant to support their sales team by providing technical expertise in areas such as virtualization, SAN storage, backup solutions, and hybrid cloud offerings. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in promoting infrastructure services, particularly in virtualization, SAN storage, backup solutions, and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present solutions, including demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and proposal writing.
  • Design solutions based on customer needs and define the scope of work.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment and complete additional tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in presales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, server architecture, SAN storage systems, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and backup solutions.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, VCP) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese/Chinese.
