About the Client

A well established and industry leading organization within the Property Development sector with strong footprint across Hong Kong and China is now seeking for a seasoned professional to join them as the Head of Human Resources.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and support its growth and expansion plans
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of top-quality candidates
  • Develop and maintain effective performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Seasoned and progressive HR leadership experience in the Conglomerate, Property Development and Real Estate sector is HIGHLY preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across Hong Kong & China
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support business objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset
