About the Client

An engineering firm in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join their dynamic team focusing on C&B.

About the Role

  • Oversee and manage employee lifecycle processes, including transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Create and refine HR policies and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and foster a positive work environment
  • Formulate, consolidate, and analyse HR data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and support strategic initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the SAP system
  • Streamline and optimize HR processes to improve overall effectiveness and reduce administrative burden
  • Contribute to C&B initiatives, such as annual pay reviews, bonus processes, and benefits scheme renewals, ensuring competitive compensation packages
  • Actively participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to support the company's growth and development
  • Support staff welfare activities and contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits gained from a labour-intensive environment
  • Relevant experience in supporting payroll processing and annual C&B exercises
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance
  • Good communications and presentation skills
  • Detail-minded and well-organised
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP system
