The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory experience and a strategic mindset to ensure the delivery of exceptional HR services.

About The Role

  • Lead the HR Shared Services team in optimizing processes and improving service delivery.
  • Drive transformation initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HR services across all business units, enhancing employee experience.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR shared services, with a strong focus on transformation and process improvement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, ideally within the banking, insurance, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant technologies.
