About the Client

An industry leading organization within the Logistics sector is currently seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits.

About the Role

  • Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and equity plans while ensuring its competitiveness
  • Manage the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee benefits, to ensure they meet the needs of employees and are cost-effective for the organization
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices
  • Partner with HR leadership and senior management to develop and implement innovative total rewards programs that support the company's talent strategy
  • Lead the annual salary review process, bonus programs, and equity grants
  • Provide guidance to HR business partners and managers on compensation and benefits matters and ensure they are equipped to communicate effectively with employees
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance and or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferably gained from a sizeable organization
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits programs, and total rewards strategies
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
  • Proven experience in the design, implementation and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems or other compensation and benefits software
