About the company

Our client is one of the top tier retail banking groups in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion, they are now looking for high calibre to join their consumer loans product team for a Product Head position.

About the role

Reporting to the Division Head of Retail Lending, you are responsible for leading a loans team in developing overall product plans of personal loans products to drive business profits. You are requested to formulate strategies on product development, marketing, channel sales plans and portfolio analysis in achieving business targets. You need to manage product development from product pricing, features, product compliance, credit policy to customer journey design to maximize revenue. In addition, you will participate in digital product projects and explore lending product partnership to deliver new business opportunities effectively.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • University Graduate in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing unsecured Lending products development in retail banks (banking experience required).
  • Excellent product knowledge in unsecured Loans and good portfolio analysis management.
  • Sound experience in developing business partnerships and marketing promotion is definitely an advantage.
  • Strategic mind, strong business sense and leadership.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
