Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic PR and promotional campaigns for residential properties.
  • Monitor and approve the performance of advertising and promotional campaigns to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage for residential properties.
  • Create and distribute press releases and other press materials to generate awareness and interest in residential properties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation across all promotional efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform PR and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, PR or pomotions
  • Proven experience in PR, promotions, or media relations, preferably within the real estate or property industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling press materials and pitches.
  • Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and evaluating the success of PR and promotional campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining media relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as PR & Promotions Officer
