We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/System Analyst to join our dynamic team at one of the leading IT solutions providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, particularly within governmental sectors, and possess exceptional communication abilities in English and Cantonese. This role involves close collaboration with clients, work with team on IT solution and system architecture design, and the potential to lead IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Work alongside senior system architects to define high-level designs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Lead the team in the analysis, design, and documentation of system specifications.
  • Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation for various stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
  • Manage and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in system analysis, preferably including work on government projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Proficient in creating and interpreting system documentation.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project management tools and software development lifecycle processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certified System Analyst (CSA) or similar certifications.
  • Experience with government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
