About our Client

A NGO is looking for a Technical Officer to manage their office and retail branches

About the Role

  • Report to Manager and supervise all technical matters under the organization
  • Communicate with Internal stakeholders on fit-out, reinstatement and maintenance works and schedule
  • Study and prepare quotation, tendering and vendor selection for maintenance and project works
  • Coordinate with contractors regarding the project progress
  • Monitor vendor and contractors' performance to meet organization's standard

The successful applicants

  • Degree in Facility Management, Property Management or other related disciplines
  • 4 years' or above of related working experience
  • Professional Qualification is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent and Good communication skills
