About the Client：
Our client is a Group one of the long-established conglomerate companies in Hong Kong, with diversified business operations. Its catering business is an important part of the group's portfolio.
About the Role：
- Responsible for conducting continuous assessments of opened stores across designated markets, ensuring each store is evaluated annually.
- Oversee the operation program by working closely with auditors to uphold program standards and guarantee that partners maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety.
- Engage in monthly reviews of key operations metrics, scrutinizing organizational charts, manager pipelines, and sales performance with licensed partners. In collaboration with Area Directors and the training department, you will implement hands-on training programs across all organizational levels.
- Work with key stakeholders to stay informed and propel brand's goals and initiatives forward.
The Successful Applicant：
- Minimum 6 years' operation management experience in a progressive restaurant or hospitality company, with significant experience in an international environment. With at least 3 years of team management experiences.
- Strong communications and stakeholders' management skills
- Solid experiences in working with licensed partners is a plus.
- Good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
