Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the organization
- Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring
- Set sales targets and objectives, and monitor the team's progress towards achieving them
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the construction industry
- Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, bids, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, subcontractors, and other industry stakeholders
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and overall sales performance
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the executive leadership team
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Continuously optimize sales processes and techniques to drive improved efficiency and results
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in B2B sales and project management in construction industry
- Knowledge of the construction industry (MVAC and Lighting) would be advantageous
- Solid experience and knowledge in construction industry will be an advantage
- Aggressive, well-organized, customer focused and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written & spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office
