Job Description
Data Specialist (2-3 month contract, up to $25k)
- Project based temp role
- SAP system going live; Data cleaning & analysis work
- Flexible work mode - Full-time or part-time
Responsibilities
- Success in data analysis blend of technical skills - data cleaning / formulations / template linkage, etc.
- Advance level in Excel & other type of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Access is preferred
- Data Cleaning & Preparation - filtering & setting Macro for the data, handling missing formats, & prepare clean set of data
- Reporting - Data preparation of reports & presentations for team to review in Excel or preference in Power BI reporting
- Work with other teams to understand and gather the data needed to support the project
- Manage Database & troubleshooting issue and optimizing data & templates performance
Requirements
- Holder of Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or above in Statistics, Data Science, Information Management or related discipline
- Advance level in Excel & other type of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Macro, Access is preferred
- Strong sense in data and number; good collaboration and organization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 1-2 years+ exp in data analysis or data management preferable; Fresh graduates with good knowledge in Excel or data analysis tools are also welcome
- Immediate availability is preferred

- Project based, 2-3 month contract (renewable upon request)
- Up to $25k (based on experience)
- Flexible work mode - Full time (5-day work) or Part-time (at least 3 days per week)
