Overview
Our client is a leading conglomerate in Hong kong and they are seeking a talented Digital Transformation lead to drive digital transformation initiatives and AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives by leveraging AI solutions to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Drive project management activities, including scoping, planning, and executing digital transformation projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into actionable project roadmaps
- Work closely with cross-functional team to optimize processes and ensure the deliverables are aligned with business goals
- Manage IT vendor relationships and oversee the selection and implementation of suitable technology solutions
- Provide guidance and support for change management to ensure a smooth transition to the new digital processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in driving end-to-end project implementation and managing complex systems at large scale companies
- Proven experience in digital transformation, with a strong understanding of AI solutions (GenAI) and application in workflow automation
- Familiar with mobie application and web/API-based integrations
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all-level
- Adept at steering and influencing change management efforts to facilitate a successful digital transformation
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
