Overview
Our client is a well-known retail group in Hong kong and they are seeking a talented IT Project Manager to drive digital transformation projects for streamlining internal business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives including transforming traditional internal system to modern models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage relationships across all levels of the company
- Oversee the integration of mobile app, automation and AI, ensuring seamless functionality and user experiences
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in digital transformation strategy and project management, preferably working at sizeable team
- Demonstrated success in streamlining business processes and implementing innovative digital solutions
- Strong understanding of automation, AI technologies, cloud-based system
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive change in a dynamic business environment
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
